This is a unique exercise on the coast of one of the most beautiful Spanish islands on the Balear archipelago in the Mediterranean Sea. By utilizing renewable resources for construction, the building’s green architecture seeks to not negatively influence the environment. The plot had a really tricky regulation wise because of the proximity to the coast. A sophisticated retirement residence for a couple that expected to have a refuge where they can host never-ending gatherings with friends and families. Infinity pools on the ground floor and rooftops blend in a spectacular way with the Mediterranean sea on the horizon.
