ONE ESTATE - ONE IDEA

The master plan for Kimbilio was drawn as a single gesture rather than a collection of buildings. Every wing, courtyard and garden radiates from a shared architectural language, so that movement through the estate feels less like passing between rooms and more like following a single, continuous thought from the front gate to the rooftop. Circulation, privacy, and sightlines were considered with the same rigor an urban planner might apply to a small district — because at 10,300 sqm, that is effectively what Kimbilio is.
