ABAGIAN PRIVATE RESIDENCE. This is a unique exercise on the coast of one of the most beautiful Sydney beach areas. By utilizing renewable resources for construction, the building’s green architecture seeks to not negatively influence the environment. The plot had a really tricky regulation wise because of the proximity to the coast. Once we cleared the seat backs from the shore and the foot print of the existing villa we build this new modern minimalist project. A sophisticated retirement residence for a family that expected to have a refuge where they can host never-ending gatherings with friends and families. Infinity pools on the second floor and rooftops blend in a spectacular way with the Australian sea on the horizon.
