The project’s interior architecture courses heavily emphasize environmental and functional design with a human-centric mindset as well as striking a balance between beauty and usefulness. This project has a very unique river side plot surrounded by all kinds of tropical scenarios from an incredible utopia combination of coconut palm trees and rice paddies until Pandan fields and tropical jungle. The building and the swimming pool are both facing the sunset orientation on a parallel alignment structure to the river that runs along the property like a never ending snake that carries with him the noise of the water combined with the whisper of the tropical birds on a surreal Feng Shui harmonic natural orchestra.
